Cute hotel good location and super nice staff. Just be aware if u book the big room or comfort room it’s on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor so there’s like sorta two small flights of stairs you have to take. Wasn’t a problem at all but something you may wanna know ahead of time. Hotel was safe and clean. Tea in the room but no coffee but coffee is in the lobby 24/7 as is water and some snacks. Can get instant coffee for your room if anything.

I have no words to describe our stay. Let’s say it was amazing, incredible, lovely!!! Everything was perfect from the location, to the room, the staff and breakfast. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a nice buffet, small, but with everything you need to eat in the morning to start your discovery in Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel 💚

First of all, the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Our room was spacious although being on the top floor we had to take the lift to the 4th floor and then climb the stairs which are not steep. Bell boy ready to help with luggage. The hotel location great, a few steps from Praca do comercio and Rua Augusta.
