Prettig verblijf in Napels
We verbleven 6 nachten in dit hotel. Goede staat en proper, goede service over het algemeen. Mooie, propere kamer met comfortabele badkamer (o.a. grote regendouche). Goed ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze (ontbijtgranen, broodjes, croissants, pasteitjes, vlaaien, cake, vers fruit, yoghurtijs, fruitsap, koffie/thee). Het hotel ligt mooi centraal in Napels, vlak bij het centraal station (Garibaldi) waar je toegang hebt tot de metro, bussen, regionale treinen en nationale treinen. Van de luchthaven naar het hotel hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van de Alibus shuttle (5€ per persoon) die je aan het centraal station (Garibaldi) dropt. In sommige reviews lezen wij dat het hotel in een grimmige buurt ligt (vooral ‘s avonds dan). Dat vonden wij totaal niet. Het hotel ligt in een multiculturele buurt. Er is altijd veel volk op straat en dus ook veel sociale controle. Er zijn veel winkeltjes en kraampjes, je wordt nooit aangesproken of aangeklampt door een verkoper.

It’s a very nice 4 star hotel in a 1 star area. We had a suite beautiful, nicely furnished , marble floors, all marble bathroom with a large soaking tub (not a whirlpool) large shower. A few things we do have to mention. There was no place to put your bags. I went to the front desk and asked for a luggage stand. I was told we don’t have any and then was told. Most guests us the armoire. Our armoire was not even deep enough for a hanger to hang perpendicular to the back and still be able to close the door. I don’t think a carryon would fit it. He offered us some chairs. The room safe is ridiculously small and has a key. Still better after you lock your items in the safe you take the key and leave it at the desk. The rooftop was a very nice area, as pictured. The bartender, Mario was a great host. Breakfast was the usual Italian standard. Staff was overall nice.

Gem in a so so location
The area is a little intimidating but this hotel is worth the visit. It is spotless, luxurious, great rooftop bar and right next to Garibaldi train station. It was perfect for me and I will definitely return for another visit next summer.

Very close to train station. Great staff at front desk, also bar on roof. Large comfy room, great bed. 3 balconies in our room! The area is iffy, but noise did not impact our stay. Highly recommend.

Just book it, stop looking.
This hotel was amazing. The location is convenient. The staff, especially Steven, were the best part, give him a bonus. The bed was comfortable, the finishes of the hotel classy. Breakfast was great! Served in the room, on time and professionally. One of the best hotels we've found in Europe.
