The location was great. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. The building is very old and outdated in every way. The rooms were not very clean. I found a bug in one of the beds. The building was dark and dank. It felt like I was in someone’s basement. Thankfully I was only there one night.

Michele was very lovely to deal with. However, the room was much smaller then we thought based on the picture, the bed wasn’t that comfy and we could here everything. The walls are paper thin. This would be a great place to stay if you are looking for short term. We did 4 nights. Other then that, location is great, staff is nice.

For the money it was a good value. We had a driver arranged from Naples airport to Sorrento Flower Room 70 euro. Met on the corner by Michael and he helped with our bags. Checked in and brought to room. Small, clean room with balcony overlooking alley. Nice bathroom. No breakfast but fridge filled with. Water and soda. Very close to area to see fabulous sunset, breathtaking.
