The hotel is perfectly located in Positano, easy to get to. The room we stayed at was wonderful, large and the view couldn't be better. The staff was AMAZING, very friendly, helpful and caring.

Upon arrival, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner by the front desk and bell boys. The upgraded room was immaculately clean and well appointed. Any needs and questions we had were handled promptly. When we inquired as to how to get to the restaurant where we had previously booked dinner online, the front desk called the restaurant and arranged for their free shuttle to pick us up and return us after dinner. As I’m writing this, we are enjoying their fabulous breakfast buffet overlooking the sea. This is a great place!

Beautiful, nicely run hotel. The hotel and the location are beautiful. The staff were kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Beware of the steps! As with almost any property in Positano, the only way to access this hotel is by descending/climbing many many steps. We will definitely return!

The hotel were very accommodating to us so we had very good stay with a lovely balcony, so that made up for the fact that the rooms were actually quite small. The staff are friendly and helpful. But do keep in mind that you are very close to the action of the village so there will lots of noise at night (also soundproofing must not be that great either). Probably should go higher up on the mountain for quiet stay but you will be dealing with more steps of stairs. Anyway, I feel like Positano should be more of a day trip destination unless you can fork out $$$ for a 5 star resort.

The hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We had a cooking class 30 minutes away, and they assisted with driver coordination and helped us along the way. I would stay here again and again.
