The employees, from the front desk staff, breakfast buffet waiter, housekeeper, and porter were all exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. There were a few issues that would make me think again about booking this hotel. First, there was no heat in my room. When I asked about it, I was told the hotel would not turn on the heat until December 1. My request for an extra blanket and robe and were quickly answered. The floor had no carpeting, so the floor was ice cold. The bathroom was very small and the shower stall 2 x 2 foot square and I could barely wash myself without bumping my elbows. Other than these issues I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the location to both town centre and the beach was excellent.

Great hotel. View from the diner by room is spectacular. The location is perfect for walking to shopping and dining. However, that tiny alley to drive to the hotel is not for the claustrophobic! A normal sized car can barely drive down it! Beds are very comfortable but the barroom was minuscule

Family room treasure
We were welcomed at the door. Front desk staff very friendly, we were escorted to our family room consisting of 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. This room is right behind the bar. It was clean, comfortable, and special. Very private and safe. Plan to return.

Almost perfect except the uncomfortable beds.
The front desk guy and valet were super welcoming and friendly. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and made some great recommendations. My only gripe was how hard and uncomfortable the beds were they could use an update on beds for sure.
