Staff were very friendly. room was dated by comfortable enough. the aircon in one of our rooms didn't work. Breakfast was fairly standard, however the Eggs were cold 2 or the 3 mornings we were there.

Great hotel - we will be back!

Such a nice stay at Hotel Sanpi. Nice people and a good stay. The interieur in the lobby and bar/restaurant was very nice and modern (maybe the rooms could be updated a bit as well to fit the look of the hotel - but still nice rooms - but the room was a little too cold). We loved our stay in the back house and the cute balcony and the small garden. So cute and nice. We felt good and safe at our stay. Thank you for a great stay. And we will be back some other time!

A lovely welcome on arrival, helpful lovely staff especially Roman in the bar who was such good fun and made our stay special. The hotel was exceptionally clean and lots of thoughtful extras like water and fresh apples in the lounge area. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice and the staff extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.Thank you to all the staff.

Lovely Hotel

Had a lovely stay at Sanpi Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable enough and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good. I found the hotel bar in the evening a lovely place to meet and chat to others staying at Sanpi. It was also very easy to get to central Milan (Duomo) from the Sanpi. Only downside is that it can be noisy at night, windows do not block out much outside noise if you are in a room facing the street.

The staff is very warm and friendly. Breakfast options are pretty decent. The proximity of this hotel is pretty central as you can walk to the train station 5mins away to get the train. Duomo is 15mins away by train. Very wide range of restaurants/cuisines on the same street as the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. No issues. We didn’t try to park as it seemed kinda hard.

We stayed in room 121. Convenient location to tram stop we used several times. Lots of Asian cuisine options nearby. Room carpet had not been vacuumed. Safe was broken. Old urine on floor around toilet which stunk. This room was ground level so people walking on street and loitering were loud while sleeping. Also the shutters could be opened from outside by people on street to peer in your room. There was a lockable window and a sheer curtain, but didn’t like that at all.We could see out. I have a picture, but not sure I can upload.

The bed was two twins pushed together with a gap in the middle. The pillows and duvet were not nice at all, very flat. The air conditioning didn't really work well. The surrounding blocks around the hotel were completely covered in graffiti. Very disgusting.
