Property was run down compared to the pictures— lobby sofas had noticeable rips and tears, hallway carpets had stains, room was okay considering the rest of the place. Was under construction when we went. Best part about the stay was the breakfast and proximity to transportation and restaurants.

Ideal for a Stadium concert

Hotel was chosen for the location near to the stadium so we could walk to and from the concert. Hotel fine needs a little up dating but ideally located for the stadium, the metro nearby too

Rome Nova Domus

Room was very warn out. Carpet filthy shower was out of order tv electrical cord missing WiFi didn’t work. Walls dirty. Breakfast was ok and appreciated. Most of the staff friendly minus the front desk morning male attendant. Surprisingly didn’t smell old or moldy. Shower very moldy had a pile of putty holding up the shower head.

I like there breakfast, lots to choices from, and the coffee are very good. What I didn't like the bed are too hard, its too separate foam bed and you can feel the hard wood, needs updating on the carpet, it looks dirty and old. Our door won't lock because someone didn't fix it. unsafe I have to put all our luggage against the door. Front desk staff are so rude to talk to.

Das Frühstück war ganz okay und das Personal freundlich. Das ganze Hotel ist wie in vielen vorhergehenden Reviews aber schon ziemlich heruntergewohnt. Es war für mich am Ende aber nicht so dramatisch, wie ich es erwartet habe. Es scheint, dass ein Stockwerk renoviert wird und es bleibt abzuwarten, wie die Zimmer dann ausschauen. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.

I wouldn't know because the hotel decided to put me in a run down, nasty hotel without even informing me ahead of time of the change. We had 3 rooms reserved, and when we went to check in, only 1 of the 3 was available. 1 part of our group stayed at Nova Domus but the rest of my party was shipped off, WITHOUT NOTICE, to one of the WORST hotels I've ever stayed in in my LIFE! If I felt I had other options, I would have declined and went somewhere else. I will NEVER again book like this, or with choice hotels. My family who did stay, had very little nice things to say. And breakfast wasn't served before 7am when we had to leave so we didn't even get to try that. Terrible experience.

Péssima experiencia: no primeiro dia o descarga nao funcionava, banheiro entupido, pouca água nas torneiras e cheiro ruim no quarto, acredito seja do carpete, solicitei reparo ou troca de quarto depois de muito tempo sem solução trocaram de quarto. No novo quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando desci e solicitei reparo foram verificar e depois de algum tempo sem solução me ofereceram um ventilador de mesa. No segundo dia de estadia, antes de sair solicitei arrumar o ar condicionado. Ao retornar, no final do dia, ar não funcionava. E a limpeza do quarto muito ruim não tiram o pó do moveis. No terceiro dia solicitei novamente o conserto do ar e retornando nada de funcionar e o pó o mesmo. No ultimo dia me avisaram que o ar estava comprometido devido a rede elétrica e não tinha previsão de arrumar. Se fosse fácil arrumar outra acomodação teria pedido meu dinheiro de volta e ia para outro hotel. Não recomendo!

Si anche stavolta c'e da mettere una recensione positiva. Mi sono trovato bene, personale come sempre, cordiale e la camera è confortevole. L'unica cosa però per chi viene indirizzato nella o nelle camere all'ultimo piano, di chiudere la porta del bagno perche la finestra non ha oscuranti e con l'arrivo della luce del giorno si rischia di non dormire bene per chi ha il sonno leggero.

Si come al solito mi sono trovato bene, la cosa un po' piu scomoda è il letto, a volte mi sentivo "sprofondare" nella linea di mezzo pero mi sono abituato e mi sono trovato bene, come al solito. La doccia è un po'strana qui con la jacuzzi ma non funziona molto bene perche da alcuni fori l'acqua non esce proprio
