There was a fire alarm while I was sleeping on night one, the next day they started construction work in my flooor at 9am due to a faulty boiler. After two sleepless nights I asked for another room they said no and gave me a late checkout instead. Most 5 star hotels would comp the whole stay or a night… highly disappointed by this stay.
