Our overnight stay is memorable for all the right reasons, on arrival the reception team were polite and attentive, our room was clean, and impressive! The lady behind the bar in the bar restaurant went above and beyond even offering a tray with fudge and a message finding out we had got married that day. In the morning our breakfast in the orangery was delicious with a huge variety ,staff again were attentive friendly and efficient! We had a lovely stay and will be back.

On arrival my key card didn’t work but it was quickly rectified by the housekeeper and receptionist. Unfortunately my room was over a building that had a fan running all night and the pipes ? water pipes were very noisy at times … woke me just after 5 am. The room was however clean and well maintained.

This is a wonderful hotel, the facilities are great with a nice pool, gym, sauna and stream room all included in your stay. The breakfast is fantastic with a range of really quality options to choose from. The air conditioned rooms were an absolute must in the recent heatwave and meant you could get a great night's sleep. My biggest compliments have to go to the staff though, I interacted with so many of them throughout my stay and they were all so friendly and helpful which is such a rarity, so full credit to them, especially Keira at breakfast who was amazing. I already can't wait to come back and stay here again!
