A clean and crisp weekend getaway!
The room was immaculately fresh and clean. Everything felt new, comfortable and simply soft on my skin (such as bedding and towels)! Love the quick check-in and the location was pretty decent, lots of things close by to visit and not get bored.

Not Happy.
We ASKED several times for a quiet room. You gave us one right by the elevators and ice machine and the parking lot. ALL were very noisy. UGH.

Okay hotel, icky service
The hotel itself was nice. But my issue was the service. I had just flown in from a very bad 16 hours flight due to diversion, and then dealt with lost luggage. I hadn’t eaten and knew the neighborhood wasn’t walker friendly to any places that would be open. So I called the hotel at 10:15 at night and asked if I could order something and have it waiting when I arrived. I got a very cold and not understanding, No, you booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com). I offered to give my credit card info to the restaurant and treat it as a phone order and they didn’t want to put the effort in to do that. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk person who checked me in was short and could care less about my ordeal as a traveler who had been up over 24 hours and had no food. This was an opportunity for Hilton to make my day by just putting in an ounce of effort and even pretending like they cared. But even though the room was really nice and clean, the lack of effort by the staff took that away. I talked to the front desk in the morning to speak with a manager before I wrote the review to give them a chance to try to make an effort and I got the same apathy.
