It's a decent room for a cosy option, seems like a refurbished room which is nice.
The location is great, but the lack of room service meant it was hard to find meals when I got home after 8pm from work. The cosy room also didn't have a coffee pod machine, and I had issues connecting to the internet on the 5th level.
The service was excellent and they did their best to fix the internet for me, spending an hour really trying to find a resolution, so just had to use the internet downstairs in the lobby (which was very stylish and comfortable)
I think this place is perfect for a holiday, but harder for work IMHO.

This is a very well located hotel for visiting the British Museum and catching connections from Euston station. Its surrounded by lots of bars and some lovely restaurants which it a lively ( if somewhat noisy) place to stay .
The rooms have been recently refurbished and the suites are recommended . The building however is still surrounded by scaffolding at the moment so don’t expect too much of a view !
