The hotel is very clean and is a a great location. It is possible to get a taxi to just behind it, yet it is right on the canals and only 5 minutes walk to the train station, so great for arrivals from the airport and onward travel. The staff were very helpful.

This Hotel was perfect. No walking bags long distances to hotels more centrally located. There are water taxis everywhere. Super convenient to the train station. The front desk scheduled excursions for us and gave suggestions that made our stay unforgettable. From the glass blowing manufacturers on Murano to simple restaurant suggestions. We checked in for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, Canal View (Canal Grande) it was very nice pleasant room . Staff are super friendly offering all way to help out all day. room all amenities are available and room is super clean. The only downside in the bathroom that the shower room is very small, although it has a separated bath. I shall suggest they merge both for more convenance. The location is superior and breakfast room makes you feel home.
