I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was comfortable but the most important thing to me was the location. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the main railway station. The tram stopped right outside and took you to the metro line D which went to the old town. Very convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and Westfield is right outside the door.

Enjoyed our stay at Radison in Lyon. It had all the modern convinces at hotel. It is has a street car line across the street from entrance which makes for an easy ride into Old Town Lyon or most other places you may want to go. It's an easy walk to the train station. They had a good breakfast buffet that was pretty expensive. They also have a restaurant and bar on site with nice views of the city. In general the food and drinks are more expensive for the view than what you can get in town.

4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. A good hotel well located for the train station . 20 minute walk to old town. If travelling by train access the hotel via Westfield shopping centre, not the road which is seedy. Problem with air conditioning on first night but this was resolved next day.

House keeping was abysmal.Hall carpets were never vacuumed during our 5 day stay.The shower had little shield so the floor was always wet .Dirty cups were never taken from the room.Downstairs check in staff were helpful and pleasant as were breakfast staff.

Outstanding staff

Check in is on floor 32. We were greeted by wonderful knowledgeable staff and our room was on the 37th floor. The room was a great size and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was perfect with everything you need. The hotel is in a good position for shopping, however transport is difficult due to the construction works. If I have one negative then it's the heat in the room which is far too hot. We will definitely be back that's for sure.

Not great, especially considering high price. Two elevator rides are needed to get to the room as lobby is on the 32 floor. Carpet is dirty and should be replaced, room was not very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room although it was included in the description. When I asked turned out that only “premium” rooms have them. Again considering price above 360 usd per night I would expect more. The nice thing was a panoramic view. I would not stay there again.

Every young lady at the front desk was warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The men mostly acted like I was inconveniencing them (I had only 1 positive interaction with the men). However, I will return to this property because the foyer is huge, bright, and airy—unlike anything anywhere except Las Vegas. The room was spacious by French city standards, clean, bright, and with a truly unbeatable view. It was an oasis but so conveniently located directly in front of the tram and an uber was always only 4 minutes away. I stayed in the room a great deal because I was tired of the city and THOROUGHLY enjoyed the room. I’m returning for sure!
