Reasonably priced hotel in a GREAT location in Covent Garden! The staff are very courteous and attentive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Seven Dials is literally steps away, and the closest Underground Station is a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet (and we were on the 1st floor!). No noises from above. Staff were very lovely and friendly. This might have just been our luck but toilet paper and Kleenex ran out right after we arrived. The faucet was also odd loose on the sink. The water pressure was amazing (almost too much) and water was decently hot even in the evening. We love the location and this is a nice place to stay.

A return stay to this property did not disappoint! We stayed a few days in May and again for a few days in June. Staff was very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is very close to the centre city, in a very nice area Deluxe room The bedroom is very nice with a good bed. The bathroom could use a handy man, the water tap was defekte, the shower head cannot be adjusted so you have to stand right up against the wall to take a shower in a bathtub, the hand towels are placed directly over the toilet, and can therefore easily fall into the toilet. But as already mentioned the location and the personel are outstanding

This hotel is in a great location. They are the seven dials which has a ton of restaurants, stores, and things to do. It’s very bustling, but also convenient. The rooms are renovated and very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but honestly that’s to be expected in a city hotel in Europe. We’ve stayed here several times and would stay here again. It’s a great choice in London.

The hotel is well located and the staff are very professional and helpful. Our “premium”room (701) was cozy but comfortable for two people with good light and a nice view — and recently refurbished. While the bathroom barely fit one person, the room was a good value given current London prices. We enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to London.
