Staff were pleasant and efficient, hotel is well located in central London, rooms were tidy and clean although smaller than expected however the building is dated and corridors very small meaning anyone with luggage will struggle. Room facilities were good however noise from the surrounding street with early morning deliveries meant we were awoken early as deliveries were made. Very expensive compared to other hotels and I would shop around as you are probably likely to find better deals for comparable hotels. Originally when booking we decided to opt for this hotel as it was part of the Raddison chain which changed over and although no cosmetic difference was seen it felt it was lacking in that brand level service and expectation.
