Amazing staff, Abraham and Rachel were at the front desk. We felt welcomed and were given free drinks and info re parking., we elected to have valet since out plan was to walk. The v fireplace wasn’t working and the situation was remedy before we returned in a few hours. Every evening greeted by our names. They also presented us with a dessert for our 40th anniversary. The best hotel with staff we’ve stayed at in many years. This was a return stay and we will definitely be returning

The hotel was pretty nice however some awful pipework noise kept reoccurring throughout the night. We stayed for two nights and could not get more than a couple hours of sleep uninterrupted. The hotel itself was a very pretty building, great location to union square, friendly staff and excellent breakfast at the on site restaurant.

The Warwick was a good hotel, classy and clean. Pretty much anyone would enjoy staying here. However, I had a bank issue and the treatment I got from this hotel was really offensive. Long story short because of my bank I wasn’t able to check in till 11pm. So already I’m annoyed. Then the guy at the desk proceeds to point out for no reason that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the room for very long due to this and the fact I was staying one night. Like yeah I know that thanks for making sure I know it right after the bank tells me they can’t fix their screw up. Really appreciate that. the suite was nice but lightbulbs in the bedroom flickered. Had to take them out so as not to get a headache

Check in was easy and staff very helpful. Free daily glass of wine was a nice touch. Unfortunately you need to be careful at night as there is a large number of homeless people roaming the streets a block over if you happen to turn right out of the hotel.
