The hotel was pretty nice however some awful pipework noise kept reoccurring throughout the night. We stayed for two nights and could not get more than a couple hours of sleep uninterrupted. Check in was easy and staff very helpful. Free daily glass of wine was a nice touch. Unfortunately you need to be careful at night as there is a large number of homeless people roaming the streets a block over if you happen to turn right out of the hotel.

Only one bell hop and I really needed help. Got to room and the armoire was broken and couldn't get open to hang my dreseses. Some lights did nt work. There were many electrical outlets but only half worked! Need to call for ice to be delivered and seem short on staff. Signs say Under Construction which was not advised during booking!! However my room on 7th floor was quiet and bed comfortable. Parking is hard and Valet is expensive but it is San Fransisco! There is coffee maker if you can find an outlet that works. They charge a daily resort fee which I saying it is a resort is a reach.
