Lovely Staff, room was clean well maintained, location was in walking distance for shops, bars, restaurants but was quiet at night with no road noise. I would use this hotel again.

2/10 Poor

Tiniest dangerous room I have ever stayed in - Room 406. Would not recommend. Other than mention of sq metre of room no further information about size. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the layout was not so terrible with plug sockets in stupid location etc. I ended up whacking my shoulder on the tv which I had to contort round to get into bed. The room was also very tired with damaged door handle, shower head that was blocked and a dirty stained carpet and walls. Farm nicer 4* hotels in area which would wholly recommend over this stay. When raised with staff there was a very sarcastic response of ‘this is what you have paid for’ which was final straw with this hotel

We had a lovely overnight stay here. Although the decor in the rooms was a bit outdated, they were clean , air con worked and had a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was like a small charge on check out which hadn’t previously been advised, but overall 4/5.

Lovely room in great location. Baker Street tube 5 min walk. Room was very well equipped. My only small gripe was taking a large holding deposit on arrival from my card. Far more than necessary. Also adding Service charges onto bill. All done without being pointed out. Didnt spend much time in Hotel as had numerous plans, so cant comment on restaurant/food/bar/drinks. Would stay again though

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was very comfortable, though quite small when you have 2 large suitcases to manage. The included breakfast was wonderful.
