This is an older building and the floor in my room had a very noticeable slope. It also had some odd ceiling slants and I had to duck my head a bit (and I'm a shorter person). But overall it was very quiet, clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower water was hot and the water pressure was good. The location is very close to a tram stop and there is a very cute coffee cafe just a few steps away. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Really nice hotel, easy to find, convenient, close to John Lewis which is where my business call was the next day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice touch with the free drinks in the fridge and also the earplugs. I would say the only downside was the gym, little range of equipment that is fine, but it was down nearly in the basement, dark, a little bit scary to be honest. Would be good if this was moved to a place with a window.
