Hotel nice, you had a good all to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. The St. George restaurant close by is an excellent choice for dinner.

6/10 Good

We were on the 10 floor and the view from our room was amazing but considering we booked a duluxe room, the room itself was small. The overhead shower didn’t work properly. We ordered room service on the first day and the chicken was grey and looked like it had been left out for days. Great location and a decent hotel but definitely not a 4 star.

Nothing to get excited about but nothing to complain about. Typical business like hotel. Chose it for the location mainly so pricy but convenient for our stay.

Small but comfortable room with everything in it that should be there. Water pressure in shower was a bit weak but otherwise fine. Good breakfast. Friendly staff throughout But pricey but I suppose that’s London!

The concierge was incredible! He gets a 10. The waitstaff and bartenders were about a 6. There was virtually no closet. It was only deep enough for three dresses. It was the strangest closet I’ve ever seen. The location is excellent for getting around though. I would probably stay there again.

Great location. Only 5 mins walk from Victoria train and underground station so easy to get to. Very convenient for the Apollo Victoria Theatre and easy access to anywhere in London. Rooms are well appointed as you'd expect from a Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there during the spring break and staff was super helpful knowing we were visiting London for the first time. Durga at the front desk and Dalim at the concierge services were really awesome. Hotel is clean, has a very good buffet breakfast (charges are nominal)and just a walking distance from Victoria train station. We loved the hospitality.
