From being welcomed in by Sam to check-in and Sonny delivering our luggage to the room, everything about our stay was amazing. The location is fantastic (especially for a night at the Houston Grand Opera!), the room was perfect (what a view of the Theatre District!), food was amazing, service impeccable. Thanks for such a memorable evening in Houston, Lancaster team! We will be back.

The room is a little bit old but well-maintained. There are welcome chocolates and macarons, free snacks and drinks, which make us feel very welcome. Breakfast choices are not that many, but good.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at The Lancaster Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the valet and front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel brilliantly blends historic elegance with modern comforts, and the rooms were absolutely immaculate. The complimentary mini-bar snacks and artistic decor were such thoughtful touches. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient walking distance to downtown's top spots. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Houston!
