The hotel on the surface is cute and kitschy paying homage to great bands. But dig a little deeper, and the rooms aren’t great. King size beds don’t come with king size pillows, and the two that each person gets are super old and worn. Very uncomfortable sleep. Clean, yes. But rooms aren’t great tight and uncomfortable. Second floor rooms get a lot of street noise. The staff was cordial. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

We had a great time at this hotel in the heart of Union Square. We were lucky to get a room towards the back on the sixth floor, so it was pretty quiet. The vibe of the hotel is great and the rooms were painted dark shades of black and dark green. Beds were comfy & bathroom was fun!
