This is a nice hotel. The location is fantastic -- not particularly touristy and near great restaurants, cafes, parks, and retail. The staff at Casa do Jasmim was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We normally don't eat at the hotels we stay in, but their food was great (if you're into coffee, go around the corner to Bistro Magnolia).

Beautiful top floor room with balcony & air conditioning- absolutely loved it! We handled the steep climb and it was worth it. The staff are absolute gems - so friendly and helpful and yet very professional. The area is full of good bars and restaurants but the hotel itself is on a quiet street just off a park. Close to central Lisbon and the sights - this is a great place to retreat to. Staff recommended restaurants were excellent too

The facility is fabulous. Just fabulous. Convenient location. We could walk to so many key sites to see in Lisbon. Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent stay for a few days combining business with pleasure. The room was spotless & comfortable with the bonus of a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of locally sourced/ homemade goods. A couple of things to be aware of: There is no lift, and the stairs are pretty steep. We were on the 4th floor so got plenty of steps in each day!! Check in is at 3pm, but you can drop your bags or pay a fee for early access. Late checkout is also available for a fee.
