Very friendly staff that are happy to help. Clean and modern rooms, and we really appreciated the complementary fruit and drinks in the room. If you are a light sleeper you should definitely book a room facing the backyard or bring earplugs as the traffic noice from the busy streets outside is very noticeable and disturbs sleep .

Superb, central location for Leicester Square, theatre land and Soho. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Despite the location, there was no traffic noise at all in the room, which made for a good night's sleep. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and the staff made sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We will definitely return when next in London.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location right in the heart of the action. A 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus underground station. Staff are super nice. Room is perfect for a short weekend stay. You may need earplugs as Shaftesbury Avenue is an incredibly busy street.

The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The room was very clean and comfortable, although I could’ve done without the emergency light above the door that stays on all night. Right in the heart of Piccadilly, this is a great location and is walkable to all the major sights. Extremely busy area so if you like quiet, don’t stay here. Would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to London!

Amazing stay with such kind and attentive staff. Great location. The hotel team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Room was well air conditioned which was perfect as the weather was very hot. Complimentary water was also great to have. Would definitely stay again.
