We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and views were terrific

I loved this hotel and will be back. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice, everything was good. I had a moment during dinner that made me sad which is why I do not plan to return. It happened at the bar.

Great location in the heart of Philly! Great indoor pool that our family enjoyed.

Very nice hotel! Loads of amenities- the pool, the spa and the lobby bar were excellent. A hidden gem is the “library” with a pool table, couch, TV and plenty of books. One small thing - the rooftop bar should be 18+ so that more can enjoy the scenery.

10/10 Exceptional

Our room was lovely, our bed very comfortable, and the location overlooking the garden was very quiet. The location was perfect for walking to the museums, and also lots of good restaurants close by. The restaurant was great, with generous breakfast portions and an excellent steak dinner. The indoor pool was amazing and a great space for exercise. Spa was adjacent and had nice ambience.

We had four rooms and check in and check out were very smooth. Balet went smoothly as did the change of time for dinner and the breakfast add on next am. For a group of 7 it was seamless and we very much appreciated that! We will be back for certain. The rooms were also large with floor to ceiling windows, easily operable lights and decent size bathroom.

Friendliest welcome at this hotel and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are nice and well appointed but feel a little dated and smelled a bit musty. The pool was good too. A nice stay

Very nice staff, well informed about the area. The room was amazing, the view was PERFECT!!! Only 2 disappointments… there was no linen for the bed and when we called the front desk no one answered. We ventured downstairs to have those items delivered. The staff was very accommodating, and kind. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The staff was excellent! Especially the front desk staff. All were great but special thanks to Destiny and Samirha. Our flights got delayed and we arrived 12 hours later than expected but was able to check in remotely with help from Samirha. And Destiny was great on our day of departure for multiple reasons. Location was top notch, in the middle of everything. We loved the Farmers Table restaurant also!

Overall it was an amazing stay. Property is beautiful, great location ,very helpful staff.. the only negatve I have to say that the conditioner was out in the shower and the ac in the room was not high enough at night. I am sure they would have corrected these things if I had pointed them out, but I didn't. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff over the top amazing. The two bartenders at urban farmer are too young African-American men who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and I highly recommend the bar at urban farmer restaurant within the hotel.
