Very nice hotel with great staff. Only issue is we couldn’t ever get the room cooler than 73 no matter what we did with the thermostat. Small issue but a bit annoying.

The front desk woman, Pallavi, did an excellent job welcoming me, explaining charges, and upgraded me for free. She was charming, efficient, polite and intelligent. I honestly feel that my check-in at the Cliff was the best check in experience of my life.
