We really enjoyed our stay at the Beacon Grand during San Francisco Pride weekend and a friend’s birthday celebration. The hotel beautifully blends its historic character with thoughtful upgrades. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was great. The staff were friendly overall, although the front desk experience at check-in and checkout could have been warmer. A smile and acknowledgment would have made us feel more welcome. The location was convenient, close to many of the Pride festivities, with plenty of cafés, bistros, and bars nearby. Transportation was easy, and we felt safe walking in the area at night. The rooftop bar was a highlight—an awesome experience and lots of fun! Overall, a great stay and a wonderful place to celebrate.

This was such a great stay. From check in to check out, everyone was kind. The doormen, the front desk and the bartenders were all top notch. The convenience of the hotel was great.
