Amazing room but would be good to have information leaflets and a hair dryer. The room was good but on the second night it did smell like sewage we didn't know if the smell was coming out of the vent or from the bathroom. The breakfast and staff where amazing. For breakfast the kitchen hand that came out to get dirty plates the one with down syndrome she was amazing I loved her

The location of the hotel was useful for what we needed. However, we had no hot water to our room and weren't made aware of this on check in. It turns out that this was a hotel-wide problem. It meant that we couldn't have a hot shower in either the evening or the next morning. This seems like a small thing but the bar also didn't sell any plain orange juice (we were happy to pay for it, but they didn't have any at all).

Hotel didn't give the feeling of being well run. Check in was chaotic with very long queue . This looked like the norm over a few nights and not a one off. Receptionist barley acknowledged me when checking out. Breakfast was very good with helpful and friendly staff (really good coffee). Room was nice, spacious with great air conditioning and shower but looked tired in areas and could have been cleaner. Beds were comfortable, very basic TV with no smart technology. Good location with nice outside bar.
