Clean room, pillows were too soft for me. Shower was lovely. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Ideal location for us as we were going to the Palladium.

Fantastic hotel ideally located 5 minutes from Metro station and lots of bars/ restaurants. The rooms were very clean and ideal for short stay, breakfast extremely lovely and the staff super friendly especially the gentleman concierge on the door . Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Nice room on the 1st floor, it had everything we needed, shame about the glass door between the bedroom and bathroom, some prefer a bit more privacy! Reception and doormen were a real pleasure. Great location, central for everything 👍

Nice hotel with a superb location in Marylebone. AC was a huge plus!

8/10 Very good

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that disappointed us was the fact that there was a glass door to the bathroom, which did not close like a proper door. This meant that you could hear every sound from the bathroom! The bathroom did not offer guests privacy.

All hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the restaurant/bar facilities lovely. Only slight issue I have is that the usual card swipe of £50 to cover incidentals has actually been taken as a payment, although no additional costs were incurred. I hope this is to be reimbursed soon

Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful. Accommodated a slightly early check in. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Only downside was some road noise during the night but can’t be helped by hotel. Great location tucked away behind Oxford street and within walking distance of lots of restaurants.
