The Emily Morgan is conveniently located in downtown San Antonio. We were able to walk to our concert at the Tobin center. We found several great restaurants in the area. The staff at hotel was very friendly.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. The highlight was easily the staff—every team member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The only minor downside was the breakfast; while the food quality was fine, the selection was a bit limited. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with top-tier service, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The stay was great (even thou we didn't see/hear any ghosts, lol). The only issue, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the adjacent parking lot. The website to pay didn't work (met a guest in the elevator and she stated she had issues, too) and the phone number went unanswered. Staff did let us know of the metered parking and after that all was great.

The front desk staff were friendly. They gave my kids cookies when we checked in. Checking was fast. We requested a crib and it was already in our room when we arrived. The room stayed nice and cold and parking was close by. The location was perfect and close by alot of places. Would stay here again.

I loved my stay here. The room was beautiful, and it was a great location. The staff was wonderful. However, the pool was closed, and the gym bathroom could use more work. Having water bottles in the rooms and in the gym was really cool, and the warm cookie at check-in is a nice touch.

8/10 Very good

The staff made the MINOR imperfections of the property worth it! What can one expect from an old, historic building?! However, the room was huge and beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was super spacious and had everything we needed. Gorgeous old building with rich history! And, again, the staff was amazing!
