What took me by surprise was that the parking was not included unless we attended a presentation about their “time share offers”,if we attended we were offered a voucher to cover the parking cost. Found this to be distasteful. Employees we interacted with were polite. Service at the restaurant was slow because of few service personnel. They do not clean the room throughout your stay. Overall it was ok but I would not stay there again.

This 5 star resort is a for sure edition to my families frequent destinations. The architectural design of the Eilan as well as surrounding properties are very elegant and pleasing to the eyes. The amenities are are amazing. I was very pleased with the ease of access to shopping, fine dining, transportation and many resources. The hospitality is outstanding.

Great stay
The property is beautiful. The only issues is the pressure during a shower. It kept fluctuating like an old house does when someone turns on the water while someone is taking a shower. Otherwise great stay!
