Hotel Leonardo was lovely in almost every regard! They were warm & welcoming, kind and helpful. Absolutely my only criticism was that there was a poor response to morning room service. One morning I called and they said they didn’t know when they could get to me, but the breakfast buffet was still open. The last day, I tried the red breakfast room service hangtag order system, and no one picked it up in over an hour and a half, so we did the buffet. As a Nana with a toddler to watch, room service would have been SO helpful! Otherwise, a great experience!
