Really nice location - clean rooms with plenty of space. However always a bit of a wait for the lifts + housekeeping knocking too early in the morning thus waking us up

We were pleasantly surprised with all the staff and especially felt welcomed by the doorman and front desk clerks. Overall, everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere was uplifting and we enjoyed the live music on the evenings. Lee paid extra for the view and it was everything! Will definitely book here again!

It’s a good option for midtown Manhattan. It’s modern and spacious, with good views from all the rooms, and very reasonably priced. It could use a bit more care/maintenance, but overall it’s very good.

Rooms need some updating. Bed was very comfortable. We could not hear noise from other rooms which is a big plus. Very convenient location.
