Misleading room description, poor service
The "sofabed" in our suite was not a bed at all-- just a hard sofa--and there were no sheets for it. Three phone calls to front desk and 4 hours later, at 11:40 pm, a security guard brought sheets that were way too large and said he was the only person at the hotel available for room duty. Needless to say, not much sleep was gotten. I booked the king plus sofabed room instead of two beds because it was the only nonsmoking room that slept 3. To be fair, the view was great. But parking was super expensive, so if you book here, factor in an extra $47.

I never said that I would check out late to anyone and I saw the receptionist at noon and informed her I would be checking out soon after I finished loading my luggage to my car. She said to me take my time but I got additional charge
