This hotel was right on the Riverwalk and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great-very important in San Antonio in September. We ate once in the bar and the food was very good and huge-always in Texas. Will stay here again when in San Antonio.

Great stay for the most part. Room was spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly, helpful and prompt. Right on the river walk so everything is close and within walking distance. A few things I noticed but we're not a major issue was there were 2 queen beds but only 2 glasses, 2 wash cloths, 1 chair in the room, which felt odd since there's room for 4. My only major complaint was the beds. They were not very comfortable. Unless you like a firm bed. Otherwise everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere.
