The room smelt like a mens locker room after a summer game that went in to overtime i was only there for a half hour then checked out was told i would get a refund for the 2nd night and so far it has taken longer then they said it would i had to contact the hotel 3 different times got hung up on after rudely being told that i needed to contact my booking agent because the room was non refundable yet i paid for the refundable room after 45 mins on the phone with both hotels.com the property manager told them he could not locate my booking and i needed to contact the property its self only to be told they already refunded me and it was a bank issue when i contacted my bank they told me it was not refunded
