No notice of Pool being closed :(
We were pretty satisfied with the hotel but a huge negative and disappointment was the pool area was closed and didn’t have any notice or advertisement of that online so definitely feel cheated and misled. Specially because that’s the reason we booked this location.

I've never had this bad of service. 1st they have a picture of their pool and hot tub which they don't have at all.. 2nd there breakfast is suppose to go till 10 they put a sticker over the time and changed it to 9.. we came down at 730am and the food was cold the temperature on the eggs and sausages was set at 160°, at 830am i had to tell them to make more food.. (come on its a full hotel and your not going to give ppl a chance to eat). I had to go ask for coffee also the lady at the front desk wasn't going to make anymore even though there were people standing at the coffee station waiting for coffee.. 3rd Driveway was not salted or shoveled. My husband fell trying to walk in the driveway back to the hotel. 4th No one was at the front desk when we were checking in, there was a paper saying to call this number. 5th The only thing that was good was housekeeping she did a great job everything was spotless.

They called me the night before my flight (the night Thanksgiving) to tell me they had been shut down do to a mold infestation and were canceling all of their upcoming reservations. Absolutely horrible inconvenience.

Do not stay here! Half way thru our 6 night stay it was shut down for black mold thru 90 percent of the hotel room system by the health department. So sad. This is a beautiful property but clearly maintenance is lacking. Do not book!
