Medium stay
The water park was a lot of fun for all Ges of my children. The beds were extremeley uncomfortable. The walls are thin and our neighbors were loud and kept me up bith nights of our stay. I called customer service to complain and never did get through to management.

A Below Average Stay for overrated Price
Although the room appeared to be “cleaned” to the best abilities it could be given the state of the very out-dated furniture/floors/toliet/bathroom — If given a choice again, I would have stayed elsewhere given the price that was paid to stay here & for what was given/offered as “extras” since many of the surrounding competitors offer/give the same “extras” @/around the same price but have MUCH better lodging accommodations

Dissatisfied
If you don’t call the call center to change your reservation your room will be at an offsite location. They will want to upcharge a significant amount. The “off site location “ is old run down building, no amenities, has no hotel staff or attendant of any kind. It is a free for all for all guests, children running and screaming, parties, don’t expect to get a good rest. The water park has to be driven to with a very small parking lot so expect to walk a long distance. There isn’t many places to sit to eat or rest in the water park. Water park is overcrowded,very loud, and uncomfortable. The tubing hill at Christmas Mountain is great, but they will not offer you the free passes upon check in( which is also at a location a drive away from water park) You will find out you need the tubing passes after you have driven to yet another location

People parking ware ever they want. I’m handicap and I had to park on the other side of the parking lot down a bill by ware maintenance vehicle park in the building. And people blocking me in in a tow area and I was trying to leave my parking spot and some were in the vehicle and some were in the building doing whatever
