The renovated room with Kind bed was great. A few places where it showed a bit of haste/sloppiness (paint/spackle). Overall really good.

My favorite thing was going down to breakfast and been greeted by the staff all of them greeted when you walked in. My first morning I met two of them that went out of their way to get me the tea I wanted by going upstairs to try to find it, although it was not available (Lemon Ginger) That meant a lot to me. Thank you, Leyda and Erika for your kindness. Looking forward to going back to the hotel. To the front desk lady I believe her name is Mary she welcomed me as soon as I walked in also thank you.

This was my family's 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel & we love it. We'll keep going back. Its located on Congress Street in downtown Springfield, perfectly located 12 minutes from The Big E State Fair (which is primarily why we go to Springfield) but its also extremely close to The Basketball Hall of Fame. LaQuinta is very clean & the rooms are a pretty good size. There's a great bar in the lobby & for the past 3 years Kim has been our bartender. Kim is the best & creates all of these special fall cocktails. If you're staying at this hotel, definitely go see Kim...I cant find anything bad to say about this hotel & best part is that its extremely affordable too

Honestly this place was very nice. I had a suite and it had a pretty view. Clean rooms, staff is always so nice and caring. The pool is pretty big, tad cold at first but felt good. Breakfast had few options which my kids and I enjoyed.

Nice stay, comfy beds. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and small arcade. The breakfast was always stocked and kept clean, not the best quality food though.

6/10 Good

Reasonable price and a clean comfortable room. Pool was cloudy, breakfast buffet was very inexpensive food even for a free buffet standard. It was edible. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Bed was great. Hotel overall showed its age but solid for family looking for inexpensive easy in and out and free parking. Shower also was warm but not hot on max

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It took a little longer at the front desk, but we had a family in front of us so, understandable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant day. The room was clean. And I got a good night sleep!

Slow check-in process. Thin wall. Very noisy. Crowded cold breakfast. Great bar tender! Good bar company. With six flags nearby, lots of kids. Good for families. Safe location. Dunkin in same parking lot is a plus.
