10/10 Exceptional

We arrived early and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Checked us in and took our bags so we could head off into town without the excess luggage. Called and text when the room was ready early and couldn’t be nicer. We have stayed before some time ago and pleased to say, it was a great experience then also. Clearly just a good hotel. Location is good and the bed was so comfy. The to in the bathtub was cool, my son felt life was just perfect.

Very friendly staff across the board. Clean hotel, good breakfast, excellent location, reasonable price. Completed the "pre check-in" form sent by the hotel previously, filled in all details but still had to provide all details again, so that didn't make much sense.

6/10 Good

The staff at the bar was not professional receptionists. Hotel staff and room service was excellent. At the bar service was very poor some of the servers had to be asked even for water very shabby service. I didn’t expect that low of service. Bed was sprung bed had a very bad backache. I m a Marriott ambassador these guys were not anything close to them but yes the location is very excellent.

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect stay for my four day solo trip in London. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, a grocery store, shops, dining and walkable distance from various London sites. The staff was helpful and pleasant and my stay couldn't have been more perfect. Will definitely book here on my next trip back to London.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. My only quibble is with the bar. Loud music and overpriced drinks.
