Really nice place to stay and the team who work there are great. The rooms are comfortable and have good air con. The downside is the rooms are very small, with no desk or shelves to put anything. I was staying for 2 nights for work so this was a bit of a pain. There are also no lifts, so if your room is on the third floor it’s a good trek with your suitcase. A very nice team member did help me though so if you need it, help is there. There is a seating area on the ground floor where you can have tea/coffee if you are a resident which is great esp if you are needing a business catch up or meeting someone. It’s a 3 min all from Kings Cross so great commuter place.

Other than that, the breakfast is lovely and generous for a continental, the property is well-located, just a short walk from King's Cross Station, which makes it convenient. There's a park in front of the property, providing a green view, much appreciated in busy London.

The room was really lovely despite our hesitation as we hadn't expected to be in the basement and other reviews were not very favourable of basement rooms. We were very happy though and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for the station and underground lines which was great. We were surprised how quiet it was as there is a lot of building work around the local area but we heard nothing at all! We would definitely stay here again in the future - it is a lovely hotel with really nice staff in a fantastic location.
