Room was lovely. We were in a corner so no view and just other windows outside so not much light came in but that's just how it is some times. A kettle in the room would have been great. Found it odd a hotel of that caliber didn't have one.
Otherwise the staff was great, location amazing, good value for money

Sheet cover had small stain and a strand of hair found in the sheets. Quickly sorted but no a good start. Apart from that no issues. Good central location. Homeless and others are around but no problem. Just leads to the atmosphere. Not under the control of the hotel.

The only thing I wished was available was direct parking but I realize now that since my last visit the city has changed that, not the hotel. The valet, Pete, was amazing and friendly. The traffic impeded his parking nearby and police got involved, but again, a city issue, not the hotel. The entire staff, from our welcome at the front desk to the restaurant giving us dessert (bread pudding for breakfast) just so our sweet tooth was satisfied, were professional and personable. The meals were delicious and the room comfortable. I will stay again and recommend Hyatt to all friends/family headed to NY.
