We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio River Walk. The hotel was nicely appointed, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. One of the best features is the direct access to the River Walk and the Alamo, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Overall, a great location and a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

**Perfect Riverwalk location** We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk! The staff was very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. The location could not have been better — you simply take an elevator down to the River Walk, which made exploring so easy. We used the swimming pool twice. It was on the smaller side and got a bit crowded at times, but it met our needs just fine. We ate at the restaurant three times. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey (about $100 for our family of three), but there was lots of variety, including gluten-free muffins. Parking was convenient, right across the street. The beds were comfy, and we were able to connect the TV to Netflix, which was a nice touch for downtime. Overall, a very positive experience — we'd happily stay here again.
