Garden-calm stays above Osaka’s river

On Nakanoshima’s riverside, this PREMIER Series hotel trades flash for a garden-minded quiet that suits both business and culture-heavy itineraries. Outside, the Kaishiki-inspired landscaping turns seasonal plants, patterned paving, and even cherry blossoms arranged in steel vases into a subtle arrival ritual. Upstairs, shoes-off rooms with wood floors and a separated bathroom layout keep the mood clean, calm, and considered.

The check in process was non intuitive and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The amenities were sub par and room had a bad smell. The public bath area was small and was not a highlight of the hotel. Good location as close to metro and great food options nearby.

MGH Premier was very clean, there was a nice selection of restaurants close by and access to trains nearby. We really appreciated the free shuttle service to the main Osaka train station, going and coming, which really made it easy to navigate to other areas. The staff was friendly and always accommodating. We also enjoyed the top floor spa area to relax in after a long day of touring. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. We would stay there again.
