The staff were wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were that the pool was small and kind of grimy, and the muffins at breakfast had a “freezer” taste. Still, the rest of the breakfast options were great. I would stay here again!

We have never before been warned by police to leave a hotel for our safety! There was poop in the toilet when we checked in, nonexistent service, if I could give a hotel a -10 I would. Truly a terrible stay!!!

The room, cleanliness etc was excellent. We booked our stay thru a third party. I asked why we didn’t have a microwave since it was on the amenities. I was advised that because I had booked thru a third party, one doesn’t always get all the amenities. The microwaves were for their suites! And when we checked out, I asked for an invoice and again was told that because I had booked thru a third party, I had to get it from them! I felt as though I was treated as a step child!

I think the only two things that I disliked was that the phone was not next to the bed. And that there was nothing in the room to remind me what time breakfast was and I ended up missing it. I checked in late pretty tired, the lady did tell me, but I got in the room and totally forgot. I usually need those things written in order to remember.
