The hotel is lovely, in a good location and the breakfast is great with lots of choice. However it’s expensive for what you get and little things let it down - the air conditioning didn’t work and we were charged for little bottles of water in the room despite it being a £400 a night room.

Great Location

The hotel was in a great location right by the sea, with convenient access to all amenities, tourist spots and restaurants. The lobby was impressive, but the corridor's carpet looked a bit tired. We were slightly worried about the security of the place, as it seemed that anyone could enter the hotel lifts by walking from outside. The cleaning staff were quite loud since before 9 am chatting on the corridors, and you had to let them know not to disturb you until check out. We liked the gym and the hotel pool. We would recommend the hotel.

Very good clean friendly hotel and excellent daily service in the room. Hotel is situated close to anything you need in Brighton from the beach to the lanes and the Brighton Pavilion. Breakfast is very good (apart from the orange juice which was very watery and tasteless. Stayed at this hotel three times previously and would happily stay again.
