"I recently spent 7 days at the Union Port Hotel in Istanbul. My stay was most enjoyable. A special thanks to Sam and his charming team who were very welcoming and always offered good advice. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, which had everything necessary to enhance my stay: minibar, safe, air conditioning, bottle of water, etc. In addition, the hotel is just a few steps from public transport and the funicular. I am already looking forward to my next stay."

"I love this hotel and there is no where else I would stay when I visit Istanbul. Location is amazing. Close to tram stop and you also have a mall about 2 min walk. The service is great. Decor in the rooms are amazing. Free use of sauna steam room and pool. They even have a women’s only health club where you also have daily free use of the sauna steam room and pool. "

Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."

"azzonni Hotel is one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in the world. The greeting we received was both exceptional and kind from front office staff Nasim, Okan and Gokham. They took a genuine interest in us as guests. When our room was delayed Guest relations manager Kseniia invited us up to their beautiful restaurant and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed with a spa and large shower and the views are incredible. Lazzonni does all the things better than the other 5 star hotels and we would choose this as our destination in Istanbul every time. And lastly to Serkan the Front Office Manager congratulations on running a perfect hotel and giving your staff the training to provide the exceptional customer service they gave us. Thankyou"
