Best hotels in 4 trips to Istanbul

Of my 4 visits to Turkey, this hotel is the best ever and I am speaking as a gold member of Expedia who spend many nights a year traveling the world. We stayed her for 3 nights, went on a trip to Cappadocia, Pamakkale and Ephesus for a few nights and then back to this property for 2 mmore nights before returning to the USA. It si a 5 - 6 stars property in my view with geat faciliteis and amenitties incuding its own Turkish baths and multiple gyms and swimming pools. The staff are the best from İmen BEZZİNA (guest relations mgr) to front desk staff (Mr. Kubilay) and bell staff such as Mr. Soner and his colleagues. Imen upgraded us to a nice suite and their staff provided us with enhanced services and best recommendations. The room (suites) are nicely furnished with best materials and the breakfasts are out of this planet.Mr. Kubiley gave us great ideas to visit th Aisan side of the city and what to do there. He also ordered the best car service possible as well as best value for us to go the airport! We eagerly look fwd to returning to this property & to recommend it to all our friends! Great public transortaion are just nearby!
