"We had a lovely couple of nights stay. It’s a great location for visiting Umhlanga, everyone was lovely and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge at the top of the property, with a great view of the sea. Highly recommend and will stay again when next visiting"

"Really loved this place. Unique architecture. Beautifully decorated, with a great sense of detail. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly (shoutout to Abel and Shirley). The owners helped us with a recommendation of a doctor. The location at the beach is great. The pool is beautiful. Views of the ocean from all rooms. We will be back! "

"The guest house is very clean and neat and the gardens well kept. Parking however was a problem, as was the entering and exiting the property. Breakfast which was included, was really disappointing. Some cereal, yoghurt, watered down juice of no discernable flavour, coffee and tea and a choice of 4 options for the hot meal. One option was Halaal and the rest were exactly the same, only the choice of sausage differed.Surely in a province rich in tropical offerings, some avocado and fresh fruit...

"The tv was not working nor was the stove. The tv was sortwd the following morning. Our toilet paper was not replaced nor was our soap. We had to try get toilet paper at Reception and they had a quarter of a roll behind the desk.

"Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. Needs a good clean. Overall the place was spotlessly clean. Came across 1 cockroach. Pool was good.
Cleaning staff and security are very pleasant. Front desk not sufficiently manned. "
