"I have to say that this stay was very pleasant. We were on the top floor and used the elevator closest to parking area. It was very convenient. It's quiet which was wonderful and we had a nice view. Loved the retro look of the place and the cute frig in the room. The hair products and hand soap&lotion smelled great--- loved the look of the sink. There isn't a closet, but there is an area by the door that has a steel rod coming down from the ceiling to hang clothes and a steamer. There's a coffee maker with fancy coffee pods and tea. There's an ice bucket and you can get ice on your floor by the elevators. The bed wasn't the greatest for me, but is any bed other than your own? The absolute, number one thing that we loved during our stay, was the gentleman named Nelson. He was the best, helping us out when we had a situation regarding our keys not working. He went from the lobby to the 5th floor, 3 times trying to help us. Long story short, he did and the situation was resolved. He was beyond helpful and so friendly. We couldn't thank him enough. So, if you ever stay at this hotel, say hello to him. We will stay there again, if we're in town. "
"Me gustó mucho es cómodo y familiar y bueno para mis vacaciones y lo que no me gustó es la poca variedad del desayuno y que todos los días pusieron lo mismo de ahí todo bien el personal muy amable y limpio"
"Loved the decor, indoor/outdoor open space, check-in at the bar, tasty food, walk to campus, stunning Mountain View’s and super friendly staff. Parking is the only downside if you don’t choose the $40 nightly valet. "
"The location is close to the Pearl Street Mall. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The free breakfast was extensive. I always stay here when I’m in Boulder. "
