Excellent experience
I had made a mistake in Booking my reservation, I needed two queen beds and mistakenly ordered a room with one queen bed. The hotel manager made the switch with no additional charge. He was happy to make the switch and told me that he would do it in-house rather than going through the website it would just be easier. The staff was friendly the entire Hotel was very clean smelled good and I could not have been happier with an overnight stay on a budget. All of the guests were friendly, the coffee was good and for an extended Stay Hotel I would not hesitate to stay again. Dwight the manager was very professional and I would give him Kudos again and again!!

Paper thin walls hotel
Paper thin walls. Can hear everything from neighbors. Horrible coffee in lobby. And you have to dump your own trash. Outside trash dumpster overflowing with trash blowing in the wind.

There was a domestic dispute at the hotel and no one did anything about it. It kept me up and got no apology from anyone that works there. I ended up not staying the full time I was suppose to because of this and didn’t turn in my keys until Tuesday but did not stay there, stayed at another hotel instead.

Bed qualities poor. Very small rooms. No services including not collecting garbage from hallways. More importantly 2 fire alarms in 4 days in the dead of the night.

Location was good and property was clean. Beds were not great. They were like dorm beds. When we arrived there was a hand written sign that employee at the front was "checking rooms" after waiting for about 20 minutes a maintenance guy came and asked if we needed to check in. I said yes and he said he would go get the employee. Another 10 minutes passed and an employee smelling out marijuana walks in and greets us. Check in was fine. After we got back from the game later that night another hand written sign was on the door saying the employee was gone until 1130pm. It was 1030pm. Thankfully we already checked in or we would've had to wait another hour while the employees were smoking weed.
